    Problem while connecting to Play store in Samsung Galaxy Tab 2

    Hello, if i am trying to connect with play store on my galaxy tab 2 then every time getting an error message that can't establish a reliable connection. What does it mean and why i am getting this on my device? Need help!!

    POSSIBLE REASONS FOR ERROR

    - poor connectivity

    - google play is a heavy app, so relying on a slower connection will not work

    - error can be due to internal problem as well

    - virus

    - firmware is corrupted


    SOLUTIONS

    - try to load with 3g /wifi

    - stop apps which require connectivity almost all the time, uninstall such app if not required

    - install an anti-virus app and run a full system scan

    - reboot your system once

    - if non of the above work then,

    ->backup your data
    ->reinstall current firmware/update it

    This Problem mainly occurs as you have been using the outdated version of the Google Play Store.
    so, To get Rid Of this Problem Update the latest version of apps From google play store.
    Also Check Your Internet Connection.
    If the Problem Persists backup all your data and update to the Current Version Firmware by means of the Data Cable.

    Hello Friend;

    To resolve this problem of connecting with Google Play Store you must follow my steps carefully;


    1. First goto "Settings"
    2. Then goto "Applications"
    3. Then head to "Manage Applications"
    4. Now swipe down and click on "Google Play Store" application
    5. In that click on "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data"
    6. Now restart your phone after switching off Network connection
    7. Now switch it on and try to connect and now surely it will connect to Play Store.

    firstly go to the manage application and then on google play store...
    then clear the cache data.....
    then uninstall the google play store ...
    and install it again then connect the to network
    and click on google play store ....
    and enjoy the experience........................

    To connect the play store you need to on the Data Connection.

    Any problem with Internet you can clear the all cookies and try again.

    The Play Store asks first your mail id to confirm the Play Store.

    hello,
    this may be because of your network issues. might be your service provider has poor network in your area.
    if there is no network problem, then might be some virus is defending playstore to perform its functions .
    in this case you should run a scan using anti virus to remove all kind of viruses.
    restart your phone, check the task manager that any unwanted processes is running inn your task manager or not. if there is any unwanted process this means virus has not been removed completely.
    delete that process, and now perform your task.

    To get rid of this problem, go through these steps-

    --Go to Home Screen
    --Now, enter into Settings
    --Then, navigate to Manage application option
    --Now, Google Play Store option will pop on your screen
    --Now tap on clear cache & clear data

    Now,restart your device, now connection will be surely established, if problem still persist then try to contact nearest customer care.

    It is due to two reason ...
    1.) network problem..
    2.) Not complete installation of play store...

    So follow some steps...
    1.) Contact service provider office..
    2.) Otherwise uninstall play store and re-install again ...
    Now restart the device...

    Google Play store is a big application which needs proper needed speed

    Please ensure you have a good network connection with good speed

    Normal 2g speeds cannot connect to play store faster , but 3g internet speeds can do it

    Best is wifi which gives high speed internet to your play store

    keep clearing cache of your device

    hi,

    First Check your network status and Select Automatic mode.

    If network is fine then check your internet status, it is working good and allow to download anything.

    Here is Solution for your problem:

    >> Power off Your Device

    >> Open Back Cover of Device

    >> Remove Battery

    >> Remove Sim Card also

    >> Then After insert sim card again

    >> Insert battery and Start device


    If it not works then follow these steps:

    >> Open Application Drawer

    >> Select Setting

    >> Select Apps

    >> Go to Manage Apps

    >> Select Play Store From list

    >> Press Clear Data button and Clear Cache.

    Now Reboot Tablet and try to open Play store

    Follow these steps to solve your Problem


    Step 1: First of all open Main Menu and then select Setting


    Step 2: Now Select Application and then select Manage Application


    Step 3: Now tab on Google Play Store and then tab on option ,Now Clear Cache

    Step 4: This time you are able to open it, without any problem

    Note :- Check that your Internet pack is valid or working

    Hi friend, this problem may be occurs virus attack or overload the device so you need to follow the below steps first you can go to the Main Menu and go to the Settings and go to the applications next you can click the Manage Application And select the Play store and update this and clear the cache and clear the data thank you

    it may be due to weak internet signals..also..so thats why your device is not be able to connect..
    or it might be virus affected also so firstly format your device and download a gud antivirus..
    after that reset your device also..
    and then connect to play sore...
    it will definitely work..

    this problem is persisting due to weak internet signals..
    you should use 3G network for that...
    and it might be also due to virus attack...
    you should once scan the whole device..
    you should follow the following steps...
    go to main menu..
    then go to settings..
    click on the reset option..
    select the reset all option...
    it will reset all the settings as before..
    it will definitely solve your problem...

    *There is problem in your internet connection.
    *Check your GPRS settings,clean all cache or call your customer care number and complain for this weak signals.
    *If still facing same problem then update your apps.
    *Better to use 3G services for better internet connection.

    this issue is due to-
    - error in internet setting.
    - slow internet connection.
    - playstore got crashed.
    - updation required for playstore.
    - cache and cookies problem

    use these steps to solve your problem-
    - first of all chek your internet connection.
    - install operator setting.
    - always use high speed internet connection like 3G, or wifi
    - now goto your play store.
    - click on the option of update version.
    - update it to latest version.
    - restart your device.

    Check GPRS settings


    clear all the cache memory and cookies is well.


    contact Customer care service for the settings

    once you receive the settings save thm , install them


    restart your device and maintain GPRS balance .


    use high speed connection for downloads .

    -->use the faster internet connection like 3G for better service.

    To solve this problem follow these steps

    • Go to the home screen of the device
    • Then choose the Settings option
    • Now select the Accounts and sync option
    • Then choose the option Background data check the check box next to it
    • Then save the changes that are made by you
    • Now go back to the home screen
    • Now try to sign in to the Play Store
    This will solve your problem.If not then reset the device to factory settings then try to access the play store.Before performing Factory data reset back up all your data.
