    Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped working in Galaxy Tab 2 P3100

    Hello, if i am trying to connect with play store on my galaxy tab 2 P3100 then every time getting an error message that (1st error "Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped". 2nd Error Unfortunately,the process com.google.process.google has stopped. What does it mean and why i am getting this on my device? Need help!!
    with this i am not able to install any app. plz plz help me.!!!

    This problem is occurring may be due to cache and cookie files.
    To solve this issue Go to menue then settings then application manager and then tap All. After that clear Cache and clear data.
    After that reboot your tablet, it should work now...

    Hi friends,

    This problem may be occurring due to these reasons

    There may be virus attack on your device.
    Google play in not getting enough space on RAM memory

    Just follow these steps to
    solve this problem.

    Download an antivirus & install it in your device.
    Scan your device with help of antivirus.
    Delete the unwanted application to free the space in your RAM.
    Delete the cookies and cache.
    I hope my steps will help you.

    Go to "Manage apps" -->"All" --> "Google Play Store" --> "Clear data" & "Clear cache". Nothing else worked for me; restarting phone, scanning the device etc. Just follow these two steps and you problem will be solved.
    PS- if still the message appears ONLY THEN click Factory Settings. (before that, take a back-up of all your important data)

    To solve the problem follows these steps:
    -> Delete all the unwanted applications from your device.
    -> Download a good antivirus program and install it on your device.
    -> Now scan the device properly.
    -> Clear the cookies and cache.

    hiii friend,

    1)reset your phone to solve this problem .to do that follow the given below steps
    2)go to the main menu in your tab
    3)in the main menu search for the settings and tap on it
    4)then move to the device settings AND TAP ON IT
    5)now in the displayed options you will see the reset option
    6)now the reset of your phone starts and completes after some time
    7)after completion of the reset restart you tab so that your problem will be solved

    Don't worry this problem arise due to Cache and Cookie problem.

    Just follow these steps to solve this problem:

    >>First of all just go to Home Screen

    >>Noe click on Settings option

    >>Now click on Application

    >>Then go to Manage Application option.

    >>Now select Google Play Store from there.

    >>Click on Clear Cache option.

    >>Atlast restart your device.

    Just launch your Google Play store. Now your Google Play Store will work fine.

    it may be that you have installed so many unwanted app on your device..
    so it might be not working properly...
    or it might be virus affected also..so format all the data first..
    and download a antivirus..for safe security of your android device..
    scan your whole device..also..it might may work now..

    hey

    first of all clear your cache and cookies from settings option
    then clear your memory space
    scan your device with some good antivirus
    clear your ram memory by deleting some unwanted app

    Hello sir,
    There is no need to worry about this problem we will solve this ....
    This type of the problems occurs when the cache memory is full or you have installed a new update for the application so just follow the simple instructions given below to solve your problem ......

    Go to the SETTING of your device ...
    Then click on APPLICATIONS in the setting menu
    then click on MANAGE APPLICATION after that click on ALL
    then scroll down to the Google play store and then click on it ..
    after click it
    Firstly FORCE CLOSE IT
    then UNINSTALL UPDATES
    then CLEAR THE CACHE DATA ....

    Now restart the device ...
    and now your problem is solved..........

    -->due to the virus problem.

    so,scan the device by the antivirus.

    -->due to the flies corrupt or crashed.

    so,delete the files from the system.

    -->due to the update problem.

    so ,you need the updating of the Google play store.

    -->open the home page first.

    -->select the setting option .

    -->go to the application & manage apps.

    -->open the play store.

    -->download the latest version of the apps .

    -->reinstall & restart it .

    -->finally solve the problem.

    To solve this problem follow these instructions

    • Go to the settings
    • Then select the applications
    • Then Manage application
    • Now tap on the option All apps
    • Then choose the Google app
    • If you have any updates
    • then tap on uninstall update
    This will clear your problem.If not clear the cache and clear data of the Google store
